The <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"chakra-link css-vezwxf\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ethereum\/consensus-specs\/blob\/e923c62aeb9facc055819b0e475ed8215a96c013\/README.md#stable-specifications\">README<\/a> lists the full set of changes.
