Its common stock is expected to trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol SECZ. That amount includes related private investment in public equity financing and excludes transaction costs.<\/p>\n<p>Securitize also said fewer than 30% of Cantor Equity Partners II shareholders chose to redeem their shares. That left the company with more than 71% of the SPAC trust. As previously <a href=\"https:\/\/crypto.news\/blackrock-backed-securitize-targets-400m-in-nyse-market-debut\/\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> by crypto.news, the deal includes an oversubscribed $225 million private investment round.<\/p>\n<p>Securitize co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo said, \u201cToday, tokenization is moving into the mainstream, and we believe becoming a public company gives us the visibility, credibility, and capital to lead that next phase of growth.\u201d The company had earlier announced that the business combination valued Securitize at $1.25 billion.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tokenization business draws Wall Street attention<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Securitize provides infrastructure for tokenized funds and securities. The firm works with asset managers including BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, Hamilton Lane and VanEck. It also manages BlackRock\u2019s BUIDL tokenized money market fund, which ranks among the largest tokenized Treasury products.<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported by crypto.news, Securitize <a href=\"https:\/\/crypto.news\/blackrock-backed-securitize-nears-nyse-debut-after-sec-move\/\" target=\"_blank\">recorded $1.9 billion<\/a> in transaction volume during the first quarter of 2026. The same report noted that BlackRock led a $47 million funding round for the firm in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The listing comes as real-world asset tokenization gains more interest from large financial firms. Cantor Equity Partners II shares rose as much as 20% during Monday\u2019s session before the approval news.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Public debut follows product expansion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Securitize has also expanded beyond money market funds. As reported by crypto.news, Ethena Labs <a href=\"https:\/\/crypto.news\/ethena-plans-250m-allocation-as-securitize-brings-tokenized-clo-fund-to-solana\/\" target=\"_blank\">planned<\/a> a $250 million allocation to Securitize\u2019s tokenized AAA-rated CLO fund after the product moved to Solana.<\/p>\n<p>That fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated AAA-rated collateralized loan obligation tranches. BNY supports the product as custodian of the underlying assets and sub-adviser through BNY Investments.<\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/crypto.news\/franklin-templeton-and-krakens-payward-team-up-to-tokenize-wall-street\/\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> by crypto.news, tokenized money market funds have also become a growing focus for large asset managers such as BlackRock and Franklin Templeton.
