That monthly figure compares cumulative purchases and redemptions, while the daily numbers describe transactions completed during individual trading sessions.

Ether, Solana and XRP funds return to positive flows

Investor demand was not limited to Bitcoin products on Wednesday. U.S. spot Ether ETFs attracted approximately $15 million, ending five consecutive trading sessions of withdrawals.

Solana-linked funds recorded roughly $585,000 in net purchases after a 13-session outflow streak, while XRP ETFs received around $709,000.

The figures were modest compared with Bitcoin’s intake, although the return to positive flows interrupted recent selling across several cryptocurrency investment products.

Ether funds had already recorded substantial losses during October. Previous ETF withdrawal data showed that U.S. Ethereum products lost more money than Bitcoin funds during the week ending October 16.

Daily ETF flows measure net capital entering or leaving investment products through share creation and redemption activity. By October 22, BTC traded around $81,963, declining approximately 1.20% over 24 hours.

According to crypto.news market data, daily trading volume stood near $37.2 billion, while the cryptocurrency retained a 1.64% gain over seven days.

The price retreat followed renewed resistance between $85,000 and $87,000. Immediate support remained around $80,000, with $78,000 emerging as the next level if selling continued.

Technical readings presented a mixed picture. The Klinger Oscillator stood at 158, above its signal line at -206, suggesting improving volume-related buying activity.

Bitcoin (BTC) price chart, source: crypto.news

However, the Know Sure Thing indicator remained at 3.4587, below its 14.1729 signal line, pointing to weaker medium-term momentum.

Crypto analyst Ali Martinez identified a TD Sequential sell signal near $85,000, followed by a 2.8% correction.
